If you have patient education materials or a web site you would be willing to share with other users of this site, please contact one of the project team to discuss this option. Materials should be at a 7th grade or below readability level based on the Fry formula. Having both English and foreign language versions available is preferred. Donations
Funds donated for this project will be used cover the costs of translation and illustration fees to expand the inventory. Ideally we would like to secure funding to be able to continue to build the inventory of materials over the next 3 years, possibly adding other languages and multimedia projects.
